Phils-Braves

Post by Justin Evans on Tue Sep 16, 2008 8:21 pm

Big series here, feel free to join in here while the game is going on.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS haha.

Nice to see Rollins continue to have a hot bat. Now we just need Chase to come around.

3-0 Phils!

Why did Steve Smith just send Howard?

Werth is legit!

Sucks, Jamie had no control today. Bullpen couldn't strand any inherited runners.

What a comeback, big game to win. Those are the games they usually drop, when every team we need to lose loses, so do we. Nice to see Howard swinging the bat like a man possessed.

Lidge had me really nervous last night, glad to see he got through it though.

I was talking to someone and I said if the Phillies score in the 7th, they'll win. Thankfully Omar Infante cannot play outfield!

Lidge likely won't be available tonight after throwing 33 pitches. I hope Charlie retard keeps Lidge out of non-save opportunities.

Lidge is too valuable to over work. That's why I was suspect last week of Manuel's decision to pitch Lidge with a 4 run lead.

4 runs at home is pretty important when you have to win. I'm more or less talking about the tie games.

Cole Hamels should feel shitty after this loss...and the offense. A lot of terrible at-bats and a few costly baserunning mistakes.
